In my work, I aim to understand psychological antecedents and implications of financial stress. Moreover, my work includes studying the well-being and motivation of workers, both organizationally employed and self-employed workers. In the context of well-being of workers, I am particularly interested in the issues of inclusion and psychological safety, and how these issues affect the quality of workers’ well-being and their perceptions of their work and society. By focusing on these issues, I hope to contribute useful insights for the development of more fair and inclusive policies.
In a world where societal issues are getting more complex, evidence-based social policies that take into account both academic and practical insights is very important.
