Human behaviour plays an important role within many current societal issues. During my work at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, I noticed the added value of behavioural insights for creating effective policies and communication strategies. Simultaneously, the practical application of these insights can be difficult or professionals may not be fully aware of the value of these insights. At the Kenniscentrum I am using my experience to connect scientific behavioural insights with professionals and their projects.
I believe in the added value of behavioural insights and understand the difficulty of putting theory into practice. What gives me energy is exploring together how theory and practice can improve projects related to societal issues.
